World of Retail Services works with Bose in two clearly separate areas: the installation of shop-in-shop environments, and an after-sales service and maintenance operation. They are different engagements with different teams and processes.
1 · Shop-in-shop installations (Europe & Japan)
We deliver full-service shop-in-shop installations for Bose across Europe and beyond — including Greece, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Japan, with projects in metropolitan areas such as Milan and Reims and at retailers like Boulanger. From a single source, we handle every step on site.

2 · Maintenance & service (a separate engagement)
Independently of the installation work, WRS runs an after-sales service operation for Bose. It began with a product recall and grew into a dedicated service portal that automates and simplifies maintenance and repair processes — so audio systems in professional use are quickly back in operation. This service is distinct from our shop-in-shop installations.
