Installation of fixtures, millwork, showcases, displays and graphics
Local WRS teams install supplied store fixtures, millwork, showcases, shop-in-shops, POS displays, retail technology and graphics to the approved drawings, with a photo report per store. Particular strength in consumer electronics: rollouts for Philips (5,000+ store locations), Bose and other leading brands. Also fashion, sport, luxury and health & beauty. Night, weekend and holiday installs are available in every market.
Site surveys for retail rollouts
Where the project needs it, we carry out a site survey and CAD documentation per location: dimensions, access, power and data are verified before production and installation, so the drawing matches the building.
Program and project management
One project manager owns your program from store list to final handover: master schedule, regional waves, supplier coordination, quality control and one reporting line across all markets.
Logistics, warehousing and kitting
We receive, inspect, store and kit fixtures and materials per store, then deliver each location one complete consignment matched to its installation slot.
Dismantle, removal and recycling (de-installation)
We dismantle and remove old fixtures, displays and shop-in-shops before or during a rollout. Removed material is then recycled in an environmentally responsible way, with a certificate of disposal, or returned to your warehouse or the manufacturer.
Store maintenance: preventive, reactive and updates
After opening, local technicians handle preventive and reactive maintenance, updates and emergency repairs, minimizing downtime across your store network.
