Why manufacturers pick us

We do not manufacture anything. No furniture, no displays, no fixtures, no graphics.

That means we never compete with your supplier, your shopfitter or your own production. You supply the product; we install it under your brand, to your documented standard, and hand back photo sign-off per store. It is the reason fixture manufacturers, display producers and technology vendors hand us their programmes instead of giving them to an installer who also builds.

Retail rollouts in the United States — FAQ

Do you cover retail rollouts in all 50 states?

Yes. We have local teams in all 50 US states and Canada. Our U.S. head office is in Burlington, Massachusetts (Boston), with an additional office in San Francisco, and we mobilise local installation teams in each market rather than flying one crew around the country. That is how we run nationwide programs such as the Under Armour shop-in-shop and graphics installation work and the ongoing LEGO store upgrades.

How do you plan a store chain rollout across multiple states?

A multi-state rollout is a scheduling problem before it is an installation problem. We start from the store list and build one master schedule that accounts for travel zones, local trade hours, mall and landlord access rules and delivery windows, then group stores into regional waves so crews move efficiently. Fixtures, millwork and graphics are staged through our logistics chain to arrive per store, not per program, and each site is signed off against the same punch list before the wave closes.

Do you install fixtures, millwork and graphics as part of a U.S. rollout?

Yes — fixture installation, millwork, shop-in-shop build-outs, display and POS installation, lighting and electrical work, plus graphics installation such as fabric banners and window vinyl. WRS is a pure service provider: we do not manufacture furniture, so we never compete with your shopfitter or fixture supplier. We install what you or your manufacturer supply, under your brand standard.

Can you work overnight or outside trading hours during a store remodel?

Yes. Most remodels, resets and shop-in-shop installations in occupied stores are carried out outside trading hours, overnight or during agreed access windows, so the store keeps selling. Our local teams work to the host retailer’s access, security and safety requirements — the same way we run recurring campaign changes across large store estates.

Who is my point of contact in the United States?

One accountable project manager for the whole program, reachable on U.S. hours. Our U.S. office is at 10 Mall Road, Suite 301, Burlington, MA 01803, phone +1 857 381 5047. You get a single contract and a single point of contact for the entire rollout — not a different subcontractor in every state.
