A second retail installation partner for the US — without the factory
Most brands, fixture manufacturers and agencies in the United States rely on one national installation provider. When that provider is booked out, misses a wave, or turns out to build fixtures of its own, the rollout stops. World of Retail Services is the second source for exactly that moment: local, insured installation teams in all 50 states and Canada, one contract, one US point of contact — and no factory, so we never compete with you or your shopfitter.

Send us your store list, fixture scope and target dates. You get a like-for-like quote against your current provider within one business day — no obligation, no sales call unless you want one. US office: 10 Mall Road, Suite 301, Burlington, MA 01803 · +1 857 381 5047
Who adds WRS as a second source
- Brands running multi-state rollouts whose national provider cannot cover every wave on time — we take the overflow states or the whole program.
- Fixture, display and millwork manufacturers who need an installer that will never quote fixtures against them. We install what you build. Period.
- Retail agencies and technology deployment firms that won a US program and need hands in markets they do not cover.
- European companies entering the US that want the same partner on both sides of the Atlantic — see retail execution partner Europe.
Why a pure service partner beats a provider with a factory
- No conflict of interest. Providers that manufacture will eventually pitch their own fixtures to your client. We cannot — we own no factory.
- One contract instead of a regional patchwork. Survey, logistics, installation, QC and after-care run through one accountable team, coast to coast.
- Switching is low-risk. Start with one region, one wave or one store format. Same drawings, same fixture list, same brand standard — we slot in beside your current provider, not against your schedule.
- US and international in one hand. 12,000+ sites in 80 countries; the same program can extend to Europe, the Middle East and Asia without adding vendors.
How switching or adding a second source works
- You send store list, scope and dates — we return a like-for-like quote within one business day.
- Pilot: one region or one wave under your existing specification and QC checklist.
- Site surveys and CAD check by our team; scheduling aligned with your fixture lead times.
- Installation by vetted local crews, insured and compliant in every state; photo reports per store.
- Handover, punch list, maintenance — then scale to the next states.

Second-source installation partner — FAQ
Can we use WRS alongside our current national installation provider?
Yes — that is the most common way clients start. We take specific regions, waves or store formats under your existing specification and quality checklist, so nothing about your brand standard changes. Many clients keep two partners permanently to protect their schedule.
Do you manufacture fixtures or displays?
No. World of Retail Services is a pure installation and rollout service provider. Brands and shopfitters ship their fixtures; our local teams receive, install and commission them. We never quote fixtures against a manufacturer or shopfitter — which is why manufacturers use us as their installation arm.
How fast can you quote and start?
A like-for-like quote takes one business day from your store list and scope. A pilot region can typically start within two to three weeks, depending on fixture lead times and store access windows.
Which US regions do you cover?
All 50 states and Canada, coordinated from our US office in Burlington, Massachusetts, with local, insured installation teams in every market and one US point of contact.
