Adidas

Project Overview:

  • WRS were responsible for over 50 installations across Europe last year with at least another 20 more planned for 2025.

Scope of Work:

  • Transforming spaces into extraordinary showrooms for Adidas Terrex and Adidas Predator at their Global HQ.
  • Installation of gondolas, multiple shoe walls, sophisticated track lighting, dynamic graphics.
  • Constructing drywalls, bespoke LED panels, and multimedia screens.

WMF

Project Overview:

  • We have successfully completed over 250 retail installations across the DACH region for WMF, Moulinex, Tefal, and Krups.

Scope of work:

  • Complete window display installations.
  • Drywall construction.
  • Lightbox and screen installations.
  • Full electrical works and lighting setups.

Thalia

Project Overview:

  • Thalia operates more than 500 stores across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, making it the largest bookseller in the DACH region. After five years of successful collaboration, we are now their main supplier for POS and shopfitting services.

Scope of Work:

  • Production of in-store furniture.
  • Assembly of all fixtures, including self-checkout counters.
  • Painting and drywall construction.
  • Flooring, ceilings, and lighting.
  • Remodelling of entire store fronts
  • In the last year alone, we have completed works in over 230 locations.

Calvin Klein

Project Overview:

  • We have delivered hundreds of successful shop-in-shop installations for Calvin Klein across the DACH and Benelux regions.
  • We have dealt with some of Europe’s biggest retailers.

Philips

Project Overview:

  • For the past five years, we have been providing warehousing, storage, shipment, installation, and maintenance services for Philips Domestic Appliances and Philips Personal Health across more than 800 locations in Germany.

Scope of Work:

  • Warehousing, storage, and logistics.
  • Product assembly and installation (coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, electric toothbrushes, etc.).
  • Maintenance and on-site technical support.
  • Skilled workforce including merchandisers, installers, carpenters, and electricians.
  • Our long-term partnership with Philips continues to grow, supporting their brand presence and service quality nationwide.

Apple

Project Overview:

  • Over 1000 Apple projects completed from 2014-2021 across all of Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, etc.

Scope of Work:

  • Installation of Apple SiS fixtures.
  • Site Survey including CAD drawings of fixtures by location.
  • Electrical works in Apple stores.
  • Installation of alarm systems and demo software.
  • Warehousing and transport of fixtures.
  • Changing alarm systems at all retail locations within 3 weeks.
  • Complete A-Z maintenance: exchange demo devices, alarm systems, LED panels, transformers, graphics. Solving electrical power issues.

Under Armour

Project Overview:

  • We have been supporting Under Armour since the end of 2024, taking responsibility for major general contracting projects — including their main Paris showroom and a large retail store in Las Palmas, Spain.

Scope of Work

  • Furniture installation.
  • Drywall construction.
  • Flooring.
  • Electrical works and lighting installations.
  • HVAC and plumbing.
  • Full fit-out coordination and site management.
  • Further projects are already planned throughout 2025 and 2026.

Ralph Lauren

Project Overview:

  • Over the last 12 months, we have handled around 30 retail installations for Ralph Lauren across Europe — predominantly in Germany, the UK, and the Benelux region.

Services Provided:

  • Flooring.
  • Walls and ceilings.
  • Electrical installations.
  • Storefront construction and finishing.

Gant

Project Overview:

  • WRS responsible for shopfit and maintenance of Gant Stores.
  • Locations: Munich, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Paris, London, and Regent Street flagship store.

British American Tobacco

Project Overview:

  • In 2024, we delivered over 2,000 installations for BAT across Germany within just six months. These were divided into four different formats for Lumos panel installations, all delivered on time and assembled on site at tobacconists and petrol stations.

Scope of Work:

  • Lumos panel installations (four format types).
  • On-site assembly and setup.
  • Electrical connections and digital signage configuration.
  • Installation and commissioning of display advertising screens.
  • In 2025, we have already completed installations at over 1,000 locations, continuing our efficient nationwide rollout.

Lego

Project Overview:

  • WRS has expertly enhanced numerous LEGO stores across the US.

Scope of Work:

  • Installing vibrant fabric banners.
  • Installing eye-catching window vinyls.

Ongoing Partnership:

  • We will soon start delivering this same successful execution across Europe.

Triumph Lingerie

Project Overview:

  • We have been supporting Triumph since the start of 2025 with general contracting works in France and Germany, particularly for their flagship store in Munich, which opened in May 2025.

Services Provided:

  • Demolition.
  • Drywall construction.
  • Flooring.
  • Electrical works and lighting installations.
  • HVAC and plumbing.
  • Full site coordination and project management.
  • A major European rollout is currently underway.

Mac

Project Overview:

  • We started our partnership with MAC Cosmetics in mid-2025 and have already completed two major general contracting projects in Hamburg and Berlin.

Services Provided:

  • Demolition.
  • Drywall construction.
  • Flooring.
  • Electrical works and lighting installations.
  • HVAC and plumbing.
  • Full fit-out coordination and site management.
  • Several additional projects are currently being planned.
