WE DIDN’T START FROM NOTHING
Before setting up our own company, we worked as project managers for a major European shopfitting company, starting in 2008. When that company was wound down, we were able to take over some world-famous brands in the consumer electronics and fashion sectors.
Core Business
FINDING OUT WHAT WE DO BEST
We refined and consolidated the core competences of our new business as we completed the first shop-in-shop installation projects for our customers. These included the management of retail projects for high-level consumer electronics brands on military bases, including the famous Rammstein airfield, and also bookshop display installations, electrical installations and maintenance activities.
Expanding
More installation Teams
Our network of local partners was growing every year, especially in the German-speaking countries. We were able to realise a major project for a specialist automotive parts trader, and at the same time we expanded our service portfolio to include retail site surveys, graphic installations and also logistics and warehousing.
LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS
TAKING ON NEW CHALLENGES
We took the plunge and extended our reach to the BENELUX countries, undertaking a large-scale project for a Canadian group of department stores in the Netherlands – with five department stores fully fitted out in only eight weeks. These projects involved shops of between 500 and 3,000 square metres. We also completed more Duty-Free projects for cruise ships from the renowned Meyer Werft yard.
NEW SERVICES AND Global REACH
Big in Japan
We continued with the expansion of our local partner network, covering large swathes of western and eastern Europe. Our first Asian project on the Okinawa Islands in Japan followed soon after in the form of a shop-in-shop installation for a premium audio brand. We also established new cooperations with shop furniture manufacturers and with lighting and electrical installation partners.
Digital Retail
THERE FROM THE START
Our network continued to grow into the Middle East and Africa, where we found and trained new local partners. In tune with the times we also explored the possibilities of the internet of things, studying the technologies required for Retail 4.0 and phygital points of sale. We were there before anyone else.
EVOLVING
STILL STRONGER
In the first year of the coronavirus pandemic, we rose to the challenge and expanded our network of local partners in the EMEA region. We also automated more and more business processes within our own company and established an advanced cloud platform. This is now available to our customers for access to online maintenance and service portals. A new corporate image and identity were developed, raising our market profile.
Relaunch Year
ROLLOUT OF OUR NEW CORPORATE IDENTY
The coronavirus is still with us, but our EMEA network continues to grow. We were able to develop service solutions and use cases in cooperation with premium audio brand BOSE PRO. And our new and exciting corporate identity is ready to roll, accompanied by a more detailed and informative website.
