EasyFill is a young and growing company with a sophisticated, award-winning product.

EasyFill offers a patented system comprising three types of rotatable shelving that significantly reduce refilling and facing time in the store. The system can be supplied for both refrigerated and non-refrigerated applications and has proven its worth in the food retail sector over many years.

EasyFill concentrates on manufacturing. This means that World of Retail Services takes care of all the processes which follow the customers’ purchase order.

We fulfil the requirements of EasyFill customers as if we ourselves were the manufacturer.

WRS and BOSE Professional Maintenance Kooperation

BOSE Professional Audio — since 2020

Smooth maintenance workflow for BOSE

We have developed a service portal in cooperation with the renowned premium audio brand BOSE PRO, which allows BOSE customers to directly report problems or damage in connection with their sound systems.

Customers can connect via a landing page in the corporate design of BOSE. It guides the user to a simple form where all relevant details for the repair or service ticket can be entered at any time of day or night. The ticket is then opened automatically and processed by WRS together with BOSE. Interfaces between BOSE’s SAP system and our software facilitate automated processes such as ordering of spare parts. The platform also sends various status updates which keep the customer in the loop.

This enables us to supply spare parts and maintenance works in record time and helps reduce the down time of BOSE audio systems significantly.
